Shipping
All of our orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS. Most deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following week. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
Because our treats are made for pets and considered perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once a package has been opened. However, your satisfaction is our priority — if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thepackssnacks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery through FedEx or USPS. You can also log into your account on our website anytime to view your order history and tracking details.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working to expand our shipping options soon, so stay tuned — we can’t wait to share The Packs Snacks with pups around the world! 🐾
